Urkund Customer Survey
Thanks to all of you who took the time to respond to this survey. We are happy to share with you some highlights of our 2009 Customer Survey; 95% regards Urkund to be a reliable system, furthermore a reliable system to prevent plagiarism. In addition, 80 % of customers who responded use Urkund as a general submission service.
"We are very pleased that our users consider Urkund to be a pedagogical system that prevents plagiarism. Furthermore it is a great satisfactory both as a quality as well as a fairness aspect that Urkund is used as a submission service oppose to being used as a spot check system, only to check cases of suspected plagiarism. We also received a lot of interesting suggestions for the future on how to further improve Urkund."
The
use of Urkund among educational institutions has been growing
rapidly for the past years. During the spring we have strengthened
the system capacity.

News in the web inbox
Those of our users that work with the Urkund web inbox will notice that the light green colour that has been used to indicate similarities in the span of 1-13% has been replaced with a light yellow colour. We have made this change to reserve the colour green solely for those documents that show no similarity with any other source and to make the overview of the documents even clearer than before.

Welcome to all new customers
We are pleased that the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) have signed a new Campus license for Urkund.
